Viewing a property

To progress to the next stage - viewing the property - your current home will be inspected. You must ensure it is clean, tidy and in good condition. If there is any damage, you may not be invited to a viewing.

You must also make sure that you do have any debts with CHP and have kept to a formal commitment to pay for a minimum of 3 months.
