How will I know if my expression of interest has been successful?

Delta Housing will contact you if you are at the top of the list. This is usually within a few days of the closing date. Please make sure you provide up to date contact details as Delta Housing will need to arrange an inspection of your current home. If Delta Housing is unable to contact you or inspect your home within five working days they will move to the next person on the shortlist.
